As the owner and broker for TLC Real Estate, I am dedicated to “above and beyond” service for all of my clients. You deserve more than an agent who just goes through the motions. To ensure my clients get the best service possible, I am constantly increasing my knowledge by educating myself on changing trends in the real estate market, local inventory, and pricing & negotiation strategies.The real estate market is ever-changing and an excellent agent will be actively keeping pace – what worked one year or in one location may not apply in the future.

It is also important to me that my clients know they can trust me to look out for their best interests in every transaction. As a REALTOR®, I adhere to a strict Code of Ethics and uphold Fair Housing guidelines, but more importantly, as a follower of Christ, I am held to strong Christian values and principles. My word is my bond. My integrity and loyalty to my clients is beyond reproach.

I also believe that clear communication is key to a smooth transaction. I will listen carefully to you to ensure I understand your needs and wants, clearly explain what to expect during every aspect of the process, and communicate effectively without using vague jargon.

And, as much as possible, I want my clients to have FUN during the process! There will be moments of stress – but a positive outlook and laughter go a long way to making the overall experience a great one!
